Not exactly what we paid for but not terrible
The staff were great, signed was extremely helpful and they need more training for kitchen service! The breakfast was excellent, well above your average hotel breakfast, with some lovely choices available.
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the experience much more enjoyable. the accommodation left much to be desired. the room was shoddy with peeling bathroom panelling and inadequate coffee-making facilities. the missing kettle forced me to venture out for a drink. Dining was a highlight, with beautifully presented meals that showcased fresh ingredients, although the inconsistency in the menu during my stay was disappointing.

Had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the heated pool and steam room, perfect for relaxing after a long day. It's a shame the decor felt a bit outdated in the room as everything else was spot on. Definitely check out the amazing drinks selection on each floor! 🍹

The garden area presents a lovely peaceful haven, complete with a charming summer house. The spacious en suite includes a large walk-in shower catering to comfort after a long day.
First impression of the single room fell flat due to excessive noise from the pool's extractor fan, which was maddening even with the windows closed. The overall maintenance left something to be desired—an old-fashioned second room had a shower that lacked hot water and questionable cleanliness in both the room and spa facilities. Showers seemed poorly maintained, with a notable absence of basic amenities like soap, despite claims of shower gel sufficing. Information about hotel offerings was scarce. no leaflet was provided, leaving us to scramble for breakfast times and pool hours. Check-in and check-out presented issues, as no one was around to assist, which adds a bit of disarray to the experience.

Check-in felt special with a glass of bubbles right away. The staff impressed me throughout the stay. The room was spacious and had beautiful decor. I especially loved the huge bathroom with Temple Spa products. Pool facilities stood out. I felt relaxed there. Dinner was great, with well-presented dishes and helpful sommelier recommendations. Breakfast was a bit hit or miss. I wanted porridge, but it wasn’t available. Some areas needed a little attention, like sticky spots on furniture and dated room features. The location’s tranquility was nice but a bit of noise came from outside. Despite this, I felt the hotel tried to adhere to eco-friendly practices, which I appreciated. I would happily return but with some reservations about meal options and noise exposure.

A Memorable Weekend Retreat
Spent a lovely weekend with friends, enjoying spacious rooms and a delightful dinner. Natasha, the restaurant manager, truly saved our experience with her attentive service. The full English breakfast was a highlight—perfectly cooked and filling. Don't miss the confit of duck for a truly special treat!

Large car park offers easy access for outings. Rooms showcase comfort with quality bedding, and the bathroom in my unit featured a luxurious, standalone bath. The hotel emphasizes sustainability with local sourcing and unique offerings like their own honey.
The lack of in-room coffee-making facilities feels a tad inconvenient, especially when waking up in the morning. A communal coffee station is a hassle, forcing guests to get dressed just for a cup of tea. Breakfast options missed the mark, particularly with no orange juice and fewer selections for a robust buffet. Dinner menus felt limited, with noticeable portion sizes, leaving me wanting more. some areas in the rooms appeared a bit outdated, which is a surprise for the price paid.
